    Syncing From WooCommerce

    1. Link your WooCommerce store with OnePatch.
    2. Your WooCommerce products will automatically sync over to OnePatch. If you have a large inventory, this can sometimes take a while.

    Syncing From Amazon

    1. Link your Amazon account with OnePatch.
    2. Select ‘Sync Amazon’ and your Amazon products will sync to OnePatch. If you have a large inventory, this can sometimes take a while.

    Syncing From eBay

    1. Link your eBay account with OnePatch.
    2. Select ‘Sync eBay’ and your eBay products will sync to OnePatch. As with Amazon and WooCommerce, if you have a large inventory, this can sometimes take a while.

    Manually Add Products

    Using a CSV

    1. Select Products on the left sidebar.
    2. Click ‘Upload CSV’.
    3. Download our CSV Upload Template.
    4. Ensure your CSV file matches our upload template.
    5. If you’re adding Images with your products please make sure to include a link to the image.
    6. Upload Your CSV File.
    7. Select Import.

    Manually Add a Product

    1. Select Products on the left sidebar.
    2. Click ‘Add Product’.
    3. Enter your products name in the ‘Title Field’.
    4. Enter your products SKU (It’s important to set the products SKU as the same across each of your sales channels to ensure OnePatch can Identify each product.)
    5. Enter your products ASIN number (This is only relevant if your product will be uploaded onto Amazon.)
    6. Enter your products ISBN number ( This is only relevant if your product will be uploaded onto eBay)
    7. Enter your products price for each sales channel (Ebay, Amazon etc.)
    8. Enter your products quantity for each sales channel.
    9. Enter your product cost price (This is how much it costs you to sell this product, entering this helps the OnePatch system provide you with accurate revenue figures on your Dashboard.)
    10. Enter a product category (Books, Shirts etc.) This helps you keep your OnePatch inventory organised.
    11. Enter Descriptions for your products to help give buyers more information on the product.
    12. Choose if your Product is a ‘Simple Product’ or a ‘Variable Product’. A simple product is a standalone product, whilst a variable is linked to another as a parent product.
    13. Click save when you’re done.
